Numbers tell the story of your freelance business. Temprofit gives you three complementary tools: detailed reports, KPIs with trends and goals with visual tracking.
Reports
Reports show you a breakdown of your work across multiple dimensions:
- By client: hours dedicated to each, amount billed, effective average rate
- By project: hours consumed vs budget, status and dates
- By period: weekly, monthly or custom range comparisons
- By task: how much time goes to design vs development vs meetings

KPIs
The KPIs page gives you an executive view of your business with trend charts:
- Monthly billing: how much you invoice each month with evolution chart
- Hours worked: monthly trend of tracked hours
- Average rate: your real €/hour (billing ÷ hours) with trend
- Active clients: how many different clients had entries each month
- Days worked: how many days in the month you logged at least one entry
Each KPI shows the current value, last month’s value and the percentage change with a green arrow (up) or red arrow (down).
Goals
Set billing and hours targets to stay motivated and measure your progress:
Annual billing target
Enter how much you want to invoice for the year. Choose whether to measure gross (invoiced) or net (after expenses).
Hours per day
Enter how many hours per day you want to work. Temprofit automatically calculates weekly, monthly and annual targets.
Monthly distribution
Distribute the annual target evenly or customise month by month for seasonality (less in August, more in October).
Visual tracking
The Goals page shows:
- Progress rings: percentage completed for the current month (billing and hours)
- Monthly chart: bars per month showing how much you achieved vs the target
- Streak: how many consecutive months you hit the goal
- Year-to-date: how much you’ve accumulated vs the full year target
