Invoicing doesn’t have to be complicated. Temprofit generates professional PDF invoices with your logo, country-adapted taxes, and you can email them with one click.

Import hours and packs

You don’t need to write invoice lines by hand. Select a month and client, and Temprofit auto-imports all tracked hours, grouped by task or project. Service packs are also imported with their fixed price.

Taxes from 15 countries

Spain (IVA + IRPF), Argentina (IVA + IIBB), UK (VAT), Mexico (IVA + ISR), France, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Chile, Colombia, Peru, Brazil, Switzerland, Sweden and Japan. Each country has its own pre-configured taxes that apply automatically.

PDF with logo and branding

Upload your logo in Settings and choose your brand colour. Invoices are generated with coloured header, logo, your tax details and your client’s. They include IBAN/bank account and custom notes.

Email sending

When you press the email button, Temprofit auto-downloads the PDF and opens your email client with subject, recipient and body pre-filled. Just attach the PDF and send. If the invoice was a draft, it offers to change it to ‘sent’ automatically.

Recurring invoices

If you charge a client every month for the same service, enable ‘Recurring invoice’ when creating or editing the invoice. Choose frequency (monthly, quarterly, yearly) and day of month. Temprofit auto-generates a draft with the next sequential number at the start of each period. Just review and send.

Collection reminder

Overdue invoices or those past their due date show a red ‘Collect’ button in the invoice list. Clicking opens your email client with a pre-drafted payment reminder including invoice number, amount and due date. The tone is professional and polite.

Duplicate invoice

Each invoice has a duplicate button (⧉) that creates a copy as a draft with today’s date and a new number. Useful when invoicing similar items each month without using auto-recurrence.
